Four more years?

The presidents poll numbers are dropping. I wonder why. Do you think it is because of his spending of more than all other Presidents combined? Do you think it is because unemployment is much higher than when he came into office? Do you think it is because his party is still suggestion he spend even more? Do you think it is because he has a labor union big wig warm up his crowd with vitriolic speech, when the president has called for more civility in this country? Do you think it is because he is going to significantly reduce the number of troops in Iraq to a level that threatens the security of those that are staying back? I don't know either. I could go on with a million other questions of why his numbers are falling. The scariest part of it all, is that most U.S. citizens wouldn't have a clue as to any of the questions posed here. They wouldn't even know what those questions are in reference to. It was a long weekend. They're probably still sleeping in, waiting for the next election so they can vote for a good speaker on "hope and change." They won't know what the hell to hope for or what is going to change but it'll sound good at the time.
